New grad interviews are the toughest. Focus on what the company does, what they specifically need and are looking for, and if you can deliver what they need. Research the company and understand as much as possible what they do and how you think you might fit in. If you don't ask questions, you must not be that interested, that's how you'll be viewed, so do some homework and think up some questions. What are the day to day duties? What percentage is digital vs analog? Are you only looking for new grads? Any real hands on work you've done you need to have present in your mind so that if it has similarities to a mentioned task you can relate it. Use common courtesy, don't ever interrupt the person talking to you.

Be prepared to talk a bit about your best techical accomplishments, preferably a project but course work if need be. Be sure to explain the background and reasoning behind decisions made in your topic (why did you choose that circuit type, algorithm, analysis tool, etc).

Beyond that, sound eager to learn and play up any ability to work in teams. Knowing a bit about the company's business also helps.

Good luck!
