I am a fresh graduate of Mechanics engineering. As for desing software, I already know how to use AutoCAD, I am also proficient in SolidWorks. I want to learn a new software because I have seen on job posts that you are asked to know some other software. I have seen that they ask SolidEdge, Pro Engineer, NX or some others, but... which one would be better?

AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge and Inventor are the top-used CAD software among engineers. Anything beyond that generally applies to sub-parts of the engineering sphere and includes both commercial and proprietary CAD systems. Some of these include CMS IntelliCAD, T-FLEX, Ansys, MicroStation and Rhino 3D.

Based on the specific branch of engineering (mechanical, electrical, marine, etc.) you will be working with CAD software specific to that industry.

I work with boat and ship CAD software and this includes Sea Solution and 3D Boat Design among others.

AutoCad is only tense..except you %. up on it very at as quickly as. a pal of mine in ingredient production makes use of sturdy works and exhibits it a long far extra elementary to apply in accordance to him.
