I have some specification for transistor but the problem is i want a website that can help me find transistor easily. I know there are thousand of transistor but i am looking or hoping some one to show me a catalogy where the transistor are arrange so i can easily look throw different transistor.

Why would you want to "throw" transistors that you are trying to get information about. I ask because in the last part of your last sentence, you used the word "throw". "Throw", like "throw the ball", or to put it another way, "toss the ball". Correct words make for understandable communications.

To answer the question, go to NTE's website. You'll have to cross reference the part number that you have to theirs. Then you can get the rest of the information that you want. Part numbers do vary, but the actual device inside is still the same thing, same characteristics.

Not a lot of point to this, while you have the internet. If you have a specific requirement for a transistor, Google it.
