Is this something to do with adding an additional 2 rotary axis? any help would be great and referencing a bonus. thanks

In modern CNC systems, end-to-end component design is highly automated using CAD/CAM programs. The programs produce a computer file that is interpreted to extract the commands needed to operate a particular machine, and then loaded into the CNC machines for production. Since any particular component might require the use of a number of different tools—drills, saws, etc.—modern machines often combine multiple tools into a single "cell". In other cases, a number of different machines are used with an external controller and human or robotic operators that move the component from machine to machine. In either case, the complex series of steps needed to produce any part is highly automated and produces a part that closely matches the original CAD design.
The biophysical environment is the symbiosis between the physical environment and the biological life forms within the environment, and includes all variables that comprise the Earth's biosphere. The biophysical environment can be divided into two categories: the natural environment and the built environment, with some overlap between the two. Following the industrial revolution, the built environment has become an increasingly significant part of the Earth's environment.

Wow...this is ambitious!! Well I can only re-iterate what the previous answerer said on this. 4 and especially 5 axis mills are quite expensive and in the case of 5 axis mills are quite difficult to set up. You would really be better off going to a company and getting it produced by them. However if you really want to build it by yourself you could try getting in touch with companies such as traub, mazak or hitachi and see what the cheapest 4 and 5 axis models they have are. Keep an eye on ebay too...surprisingly these things tend to crop upsecond-hand there every so often....albeit at 30-40 grand a pop!!
