I'm in 11th and intresred in computer engineering what courses to do and how to proceed in this feild?

i don't know what courses to do and how to proceed to become a succesfull computer engineer and what marks do we need to get admission in any university ,and to get a job..??

to be CS enginr ...u should be extensively good in 'computer science' nd 'probability' nd also basic logic ....nd to get gud college for CS u have tro be a Topper in entrance exam!!

So I'd say start with courses like Physics and Calculus if you can take them at your school. When you start applying to college next year, look for schools that have a strong engineering program. From there you'll be fine. I'm currently a second year with Computer Engineering as my major. I can tell you that it's going to be rough with the general engineering studies which includes taking:



Calculus 1, 2, 3

Differential Equations

Physics 1 & 2 - Kinematics, Electricity and Magnetism

C++, Probably MATLAB

Linear Circuits

Electrical Science



If you feel you can handle the basics, you should be able to move on.

Well in india u need to focus only on how to crack (get a good rank) an engineering entrance examination like IIT JEE and AIEEE apart from that keep you focus on Physics chemistry and mathematics getting a good college is vital and as a part of computer engineering you should opt for computer science as your 4th subject apart from PCM and English that will largely cover your basic languages that are C and C++.

60 percent is required to appear for the entrance test i.e for IIT JEE ,AIEEE or any other University. And for getting job you need to have 60 percent throughout as per the present norms but it depends on company as well.

Focus well you will surely get it.

1.take science with computer branch of science.

2.after 12th, write engg entrance axam(phy,chem,math) and get good rank.othewise spend more and more money for getting a seat in engg college.

3.and after geting admission take computer branch and study well.

4.after final semester, u may be picked up by famouse software comanies.it depends on ur ability,supplymentory papers,ur college,and ur percentage of mark.

5.now you become a computer engineer.
