I think the "2 mil" refers to US unit mil, which is 0.001 inch.
But we need the units for the 2 1/2 and the 2 dmensions. Are they inches or foot or yards.
2 mil = 0.6 mm
2 inch = 5.1 cm
2.5 inch = 6.3 cm
2 feet = 61 cm
2.5 feet = 76 cm
PS the correct terms are "US customary units" and "SI units"

Your question makes no sense.
What do you mean by "2-1/2X2 2MIL"?
MIL is generally used as an abbreviation for millilitres or millimetres, so an educated guess would be that the bag is 2.5 x 2cm, and has a capacity of 2 ml.

Convert the 10mm to fractional inches. 3/8" (9.525mm) is one in all the closest you will discover on sale. by the way, the UNC / UNF sizes at the instant are not resembling the metric thread, they're purely close in length.

If your measurement is in mm: 1mm= 0.03937inches , or the other way, if your measurement is in inches: 1 inch = 25.4mm. Sorry I don't understand the figures/units you have given, but multiply by the appropriate factor.
