AutoCad is best all-around, and straightforward to learn. Not to digress, or offend you, but whichever you consider you will have a serious language problem unless you acquire a much better understanding of written English.

Mechanical drawing is important in all fields of science. I dont know much about autocad, but solidworks is easy to learn and very powerful. Try it.

You are going to need some kind of CAD knowledge, but which program is being used relies largely on what company you work for, I myself have used both AutoDesk Inventor and Solid Works, both are great programs to use but there is a steeper learning curve for Solid Works than AutoDesk, to me it feels more intuitive.
