our teachers gave us some circuits to implement it on any of circuit simulation software ... will u tell me where should we implement it and how should we get the modulation????

The simplest way is to install an audio transformer in the power supply line to an RF transistor. The DC power should flow through the secondary. Apply your audio to the primary. Of course, you will need to work out the values.

To get 100% amplitude maodulation you should modulate the RF ouput stage with a high power (same audio power as the output power as the RF stage) audio amplifier, like in a CB rig. You can amplitude an earlier stage but subsequent RF amplifier stages would have to be Class AB linear stages which are less efficient than Class C RF amplifier stages. There's a block diagram of how a CB rig RF power stage is modulated at http://www.rangerusa.com/pdf/TR-127GK_SrvcMnl.pdf
